You would like to learn from me yet I’m continously learning.
So how is it? I will be honest…

 

We are curious of each other’s secrets, however I’ve realized some important points during my studies…

Those with unique makeup tattoo talents have no special kind of secrets. What they do is invisible due to all the personal techniques. Therefore, if we can say ‘copying’ one’s technique in this industry is not what you should aim for even if the actual person is a very succesful and popular one. Their talent, their gestures, their creativity all lie in one and that is what puts the whole picture together.

Studying it may improve us but won’t ever give the opportunity to be the same!

It is the aptitude of the actual profession that makes it possible to achieve something special. Don’t worry, this way let’s us learn the knacks and what’s more, it let’s us stay true to our very characteristics.

 

 

UNTIL THIS DAY I HAVEN’T BEEN DOWN FOR TEACHING MAKEUP TATTOOING DESPITE OF THE DEMANDS…DO YOU WANT TO KNOW WHY?

 

I was naive and felt that as long as I also made mistakes or had unanswered questions in this business, as long as I felt like I still have to learn how I could dare to teach others?

And so is my vision clear. I know that the secret behind other’s work, which we personally consider better than ours, cannot be learnt.

These were the reasons that made me insecure about teaching it. Am I wrong or am I right? You decide!

 

 

LET ME SHARE A BIT MORE OF MY THOUGHTS

When I funded my website in 2009, where I also placed a lot of references about hairstrokes of eyebrows made with Nouveau Contour devices,  there started a very big demand for teaching my working methods but because of the previously mentioned points I refused  all of them.
At that time there could have been like 3 or 4 schools of this type in Hungary.

Later, in 2013 I wrote an infobook to my guests which was signed and recommended by Zsuzsa Császár, the Hungarian Nouveau Contour instructor. However, the demand for the book was even higher. I felt honored but still I was not sure about it.

While I was thinking of how I should start educating as a newcomer, a new private edcuation system was formed which soon was followed by the original system. This is the dominant system in this industry since that time.

Respect to those unique talents, like Alexandra Patkós the founder of Alexandra Academy, who sped up the development of this profession and the education in our nation.

However, there are a lot more instructors these days than the talented makeup artists and it makes me sad that some educate with much more confidence than what their professional experiences are and that they also need to learn more because their knowledge and aesthetic work are criticizable.

Let’s not talk about the education… Week by week there are more and more self-appointed instructors who lack of experience and knowledge but due to the self-centralization they get in the business.
Personally, I’m happy that Gyöngyi Vörös also starts educating this profession. Her knowledge, humility and credibility are unquestionable. I’m sure she will put a lot to the development of this profession.”

Meanwhile I realized something else too that you may also approve while reading these lines:

Even THE WORK OF THOSE AMONG THE BEST ARTISTS ARE NOT PERFECT EITHER.
The best proof is that the guest „goes round” and we can see each other’s work in real life.

Unfortunately, in this profession, as we work on continously changing human skin, there is no 100% performance and result. Also one has one chance to do it right.

This is why even the „best” are still learning each and every time. They are looking for answers, developing themselves and they are looking forward to get even better!

By my own examples I also realized that experienced colleauges yet willing-to-learn, do not look for one „perfect” method, however, they are curious about how others work.

They want to see every move in real life therefore they can increase their skills and advance their creativity.

 

BUT YOU KNOW THE GRASS IS ALWAYS GREENER ON THE OTHER SIDE…

 

 

We can say it’s natural that everyone shows their best works in their reference photos. The problem is that sometimes they use too much „photograpchical injections” which can confuse even the professionals but obviously the guests too.
It will make people think that the actual person can ONLY make PERFECT works.
Real life does not work like that!

Well, yes. „The grass is always greener on the other side” effect keeps the guests and the experts in interest and this is one of the reasons why this profession is always developing.

 

ABOUT SPECIAL PERMANENT MAKEUP TECHNIQUES

 

I have my own opinion about the different type of special techniques but here I would like to mention one thing. It’s not really lucky trying to push our newly acquired knowledge or lately learnt some new technique on the client just because we want to show or practise what we know.
Let’s think in the result after healing!

The most important point is that we should do our best, applying our knowledge according to the actual area to-be-tattood and should match it to the personality of the guest.

I know that this might cause some trouble for the newcomers. If one does not choose the right way, it will make both the expert and the guest kind of sad…

Good news! There is a solution and it’s easier than you would think of!

 

I AM READY TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCES

 

Each of the further trainings gives something more to us. It depends on the person how much extra it will be but for sure it will make them more confident and experienced.

After years of dilema I decided to share my knowledge and experiences with those who are still interested in my techniques, working methods and my „secrets”.

 

RELATIONSHIP AND/OR CARRIER

 

In real life a relationship or a marriage can not always get on with a carreer. Even me and my partner had troubles with this inconvenience: sometimes it was our relationship, sometimes it was our carreer which needed some care but luckily we managed to solve it!
After years of hard efforts by 2016 I happened to have a balance between my marriage and carreer. I would like to keep it up so I will get through this educational period in normal conditions.

 

 

THIS EDUCATION WILL NOT BE ADVERTISED IN THE USUAL WAY

For me, the marriage with my husband, and a balanced, calm lifestyle is more important than my carreer. That is why I would NOT like to educate masses.
I would not like to be acknowledged on a national level. I have no personal interest in this choice of mine so this is why I would never like to do the previously mentiond things.
(Eventhough never say never!)

History: In 2010 I had to start a 3 month long training for cosmeticians in the subject of online marketing. I had such a big demand in this theme. I am proud of my collegue whom I got to know at this time.
By now she is one of the most popular makeup artist in Hungary and the domestic distributor of the American Li pigments: Zsuzsa Berényi.

 

„During my 20 year makeup tattoo carreer I had learnt not only the parts of cosmetics as a profession but also how one has to do their marketing and business management. In 2010’s training, the slogen was „Think different, be special”. It was a little bit of daring back in those days but it’s all good today I guess. 🙂

I summed the goal of the training as the following: „It is not enough being only a professional, you have to know a lot more areas in order of becoming successful!” – I think we can all agree with it…

 

IF YOU HAVE A MASTER OR MENTOR, YOU CAN DEVELOP DRAMATICALLY

If you have the skills, if something becomes your passion, if you are dedicated, brave and persistent you will not lack of success.

 

 

But if you have a Master or Mentor by your side, who is doing her very best for you and you do not have to learn from your own mistakes, believe me or not you can even learn this profession within half a year.

However, if there is that certain ‘X factor’ missing from you or you are not persistent then not even the best can teach you to do this right and nicely.
